Book one of our Pizza Parties for a unique school excursion, party, family reunion, or club event. We provide dinner, activities to keep everyone entertained, and plenty of time to explore the exhibits!

With the new Social Distancing Measures brought around by COVID-19 Discovery has the floor space to ensure you can host a meeting or gathering whilst adhering to social distancing recommendations. Contact us for more information on how to hire the whole centre!

We are more than happy to discuss how we can cater for any special dietary requirements.

Sample Pizza Party Itinerary

5:00pm Arrive at Discovery and get the low down on the party
5:15pm Drop down the Vertical Slide and explore the exhibits
6:30pm Dinner time!
7:30pm Take a guided tour through the cosmos in the Bendigo Planetarium
8:00pm Party Ends

How much will a Pizza Party cost?

A Pizza Party Package at Discovery starts at $600 for up to 25 people. Additional guests are charged $25 per head. Discovery can host a maximum of 50 people per party.

Looking for a fun and collaborative experience for your party? Add a Marble Run or Wind Tunnel Challenge Workshop to your party for $100!

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. You can make an enquiry and check your preferred dates by filling in the form below.

Pizza Party FAQs

Discovery during COVID-192020-05-22T13:06:43+10:00

We are aware that safety is a major concern for groups visiting us. During this difficult time Discovery is trying to support our community how ever we can and will be following government guidelines around reopening.

Step 1- Discovery has gone Virtual! we are offering online workshops, challenges and equipment hire to schools and community groups and free online Curious Kids sessions Wednesday at 1:30pm. We have also ramped up our social media providing you with hours of fun hands on experiments you can do at home.

Step 2- Discovery is keeping things Virtual but will also open our doors for Birthday Parties and meetings for up to 20 people at a time. You can book all of Discovery for 3hours just email [email protected] (we can not do planetarium or slide sessions at this time).

Step 3- Discovery is keeping things Virtual but will also be opening our doors and welcoming back our members and the wider community. With social distancing measures we will be implementing and online ticketing system and having no more than 100 people in the centre at a time. We will also be increasing our cleaning schedule and asking people to stay at home if they are feeling unwell.

Yes, we are equipped with ramps and have a disabled toilet and shower room.

We order pizza from Dominos, which cater for gluten and lactose intolerances, but should you have any specific dietary requirements let us know and we will seek a suitable alternative. There will be icy poles afterwards.
