Small Schools Program
Free science incursions for Victorian public schools with under 100 students
The Small Schools Program brings high-quality STEM experiences directly to remote and regional primary schools, giving students the chance to explore science through engaging, hands-on learning. Designed to build essential skills, knowledge, and confidence, each workshop blends demonstrations, experiments, and interactive activities that support critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Eligible schools receive four incursions per year, one each term. Every visit focuses on a different STEM topic, allowing students to explore new ideas, deepen understanding, and develop a lasting enthusiasm for science and technology.
